What we collect, and what we do not.
Short, because it needs to be read rather than filed. Adam advises organisations on privacy for a living, so this page is held to the standard he would apply to a client.
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your work email address, your organisation and your role. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is inferred and added.
Where you request the exposure snapshot, we also record the domain you asked us to assess, and we confirm you are entitled to request it before anything is looked at.
To send you the resource you asked for, and to send occasional notes from Adam if you ticked the box. That is the whole purpose. Every message carries a one click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you rather than pausing you.
Adam, and the service providers that host this site and send the email. Nobody else. We do not sell personal information, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to partners, brokers or vendors. There is no referral arrangement behind any resource on this site.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross site tracking. Where a visit arrives from an advertisement, the platform may record that the click converted, which tells us the advertisement worked and does not tell us who you are.
We keep your details while you are subscribed, and for two years after you unsubscribe or last engage, after which they are deleted.
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to adam@greencyber.ai. We will act inside thirty days. GreenCyber Advisory Pty Ltd handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
